Privacy Policy

When you submit a booking enquiry we store the name, email address, phone number and vehicle details you enter, along with the message. That is the whole of it — we do not buy data or enrich it from other sources.

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to keep a service history for the vehicle so we know what was done last time. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Records attached to work we carried out are kept for six years, because that is how long we may need them for warranty and accounting purposes.

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email detaileroos@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
